Dear Team,
Hi,
We have 3 UPSs (Galaxy 6000-300KVA) that are operated in parallel.
When environment temperature is up to 29C everything is OK but in higher than 30C, "Inverter Fault" occurs on one of our UPSs.
Please guide us to solve this problem.

I will forward to our EMEA support team for some feedback. We do not have this product here in NAM so I am not sure regarding any recommendations.

Hello
Problem solved.
Inverter fault occurs on UPS when environment temperature was higher than 30C.
We found 6 temperature sensors on DTQZ boards and check them. One of their connectors on DTQZ boards was loosed. We fixed it and problem solved.
Regards,
