I will be moving a functioning Silcon 120 to another building. What's the best way to handle the batteries? I really don't want the crew handling fully charged batteries.
Run them down by letting the UPS run unloaded for a day? Or is it better to leave them charged?
The unit will take about a week before it can be re-powered in the new location so the batteries will sit unconnected for that long.

OK, so keep the batteries charged.
The batteries will be removed from the cabinets, have to be due to the elevator capacity.
No, we are not under APC contract. It is under a third party contract but that's almost expired and I don't care if moving voids it. Under my new appointed care of these Silcon units we will do PM service including fan and cap replacements in house and use APC on a T&M basis as needed for major failures. This is a broadcast production facility, not an IT department so we have qualified maintenance and graduate engineers on staff.
