Shutdown after power is back

Hi,
I have a Smart-UPS RT 6000 XL, and when power goes down, and then returns, even if its just a minute, the UPS restarts.

As you can see in the log, the power returned, but the shutdown process did'nt stop and the UPS restarted. There's alwyas more than 60% of batery remaining.

22-Feb-13 19:37:13 UPS: Started a reboot process.
22-Feb-13 19:33:22 UPS: No longer on battery power.
22-Feb-13 19:33:12 UPS: Controlled early shutdown started because percentage load was too small.
22-Feb-13 19:33:12 UPS: A graceful shutdown process is being used to shut down the load equipment before the UPS turns off.Initiated by controlled early shutdown.
22-Feb-13 19:33:01 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.

This appens every time there's a power faillure.

Is there anything I can do or I have to send it to assitance?

Regards,
Paulo

someone has configured the Controlled Early shutdown options to cause the UPS to turn off on battery when the load percentage is too low (not the battery percentage). I suggest you log into the web interface and go to UPS->Shutdown and review the options and reconfigure it the way you want.

see my screenshot attached. someone has configured the option shown in red and maybe more options under controlled early shutdown. perhaps someone configured it by mistake not understanding the consequences but i'd review these settings and maybe uncheck and boxes depending on your set up requirements. if anyone of those conditions occurs, the UPS begins a shutdown. its a way to do load shedding.

That was really the problem.
The guy that did the installation, probably checked that, and I thought that this was battery remaining.

Thank you for your help.
