Setting up email notification is failing in Powerchute Business v9.2

I read multiple times in this forum that in version 9.2 it was possible to configure smtp servers to work with gmail. However I do not see any SSL port settings. It is still only the basic authentication which was just like in version 9.1.

I have installed the Powerchute business edition v9.2 for Windows 8.

Am I missing something?

Hi,

What is the model number of the Smart-UPS? If the model is SUA, SU, SURT, SC, then SSL port settings are not available. We will be releasing PowerChute Business Edition 9.5 soon (next 90 days) that adds SSL port settings for all Smart-UPS. 

If the model is SMT, SMX, SRT, SURTD, SMC than the SSL port settings are available in the web interface as listed in Schneider Electric FAQ FA249593

I did not know there is web agent. I found it and entered the email settings. Thanks

The email run well. However I have tested the shutdown and my modification to do hibernate instead of shutdown did not work. Still it is shutting down the pc.

I am on Windows 10 pro. In the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\agent\bin" I renamed the hibernate.exe into shutdown.exe

What can I do to do hibernate instead of shutdown?
