Setting APC Smart-UPS 2200 ВА SMT2200RMI2U

Sorry for my broken English.
I have a server and UPS. UPS configuration tab "Main Menu" next:

Config Main Group Outlets (the server is connected to the Main Group Outlets):
Turn on Delay : 0s
Turn off Delay : 600s
Reboot Duration : 8s
Minimum Return Runtime : 0s
LoadShed Time On Battery : Enable
LoadShed Time On Battery : 1200s
LoadShed Runtime Remain : Disable

Config Group 1 Outlets:
Turn on Delay : 0s
Turn off Delay : 180s
Reboot Duration : 8s
Minimum Return Runtime : 0s
LoadShed Time On Battery : Enable
LoadShed Time On Battery : 600s
LoadShed Runtime Remain : Disable

The events when the power is turned off:
The server continues to run on battery power for 10 minutes.

Case 1: If power to the UPS is restored (within 10 minutes), the equipment continues to operate normally.

Case 2: If UPS power is not restored within 10 minutes, a signal is sent to the server for correct shutdown using Powerchute. Also turns off power to the Group 1 Outlets. The correct shutdown of the server is given 10 minutes.

Case 2.1 : if power to the UPS has not been restored within 20 minutes (10+10), also turns off power to the Main Group Outlets. And UPS goes into sleep mode (waiting for power supply). When the power restores, the UPS will turn on the Group 1 Outlets and Main Group Outlets. And the server will start automatically.

Case 2.2 : if power to the UPS has been restored within 20 minutes (10+??), UPS goes to normal mode and does not turn off to the Main Group Outlets. But the server already is turned off or is already off. As a result, the server will not start automatically.

Help me please to configure the UPS so that the server starts in any case automatically.

The outlet group 1 will wait the 10 minutes and then PowerChute will start the the shutdown process. The outlet group will then wait an additional 2 minutes (turn off delay) and then kill power to the group. Since AC has been restored the main outlet group will not trigger the power down cycle for PowerChute clients configured for that group. Also, since AC has been restored after the initial 10 minute delay group 1 will power down wait 8 seconds (reboot duration) and then power will be restored to group 1.

NOTE: each server should be configured within PowerChute to indicate the proper outlet group it is plugged into. If for example you configure PowerChute for outlet group 1 but the server is actually plugged into group 0 (main outlet group) then AC will be cut to group 1 but not group 0 as indicated in case 2.2. Any severs that have been command down by group 1 will not start automatically since AC is never cut and restored to group 0.

PowerChute Network Shutdown (PCNS) has an option to turn off the outlet group when the server shuts down. That way the server starts automatically when power is restored.

Also, the main outlet can only turn off when the switched outlet turns off. So usually you'd put the devices you want to stay on as long as possible on the main outlet group, and devices you want to power down safely on the switched outlet group.
