Hello,
I have an SMT750IC, connected via cable to the APC cloud ( website). How i can set the battery install date after replacement directly from the web interface or from the front device menu.
Thank you in advance

You may update the battery installation date if the system is connected to a computer running Power Chute Software (PCSS / PCBE).
Another option is to disconnect the battery connector and wait for the system to declare a battery fault.
Wait another ten seconds than reconnect the battery cable.
The system will prompt you to confirm if this is a new battery cartridge toggle from No to Yes. Enter the month & year and select enter.
Follow up by manually initiating a Self Test and let pass and allow the battery to recover to 100% SOC.
Complete the process by manually initiation a Battery Calibration with at least 30% attached load. Allow the procedure to complete and battery return to 100% SOC.
The above procedure will insure the operational runtime is displayed and seen is accurate as possible.
