Is it possible to set group 1 (controlled group) in SMT2200I in a way it won't turn on on its own? Ideally i'd like group 1 to behave this way:
if there's power outage:
if load on group 1 is low (eg. <10W) turn it off (means devices are already down, no time needed)
and never turn on again automatically even after power is back.
Can I do that? there's device in group 1 that misbehaves on power return and it needs to be watched by human when power returns and it's on / powers on because if peripherals turn on all at once it overloads power source blowing fuse and disconnecting power from UPS, so they need to be turned on one by one (so they need to be off and they can't get power back as they'd turn on automatically then)

Yes, if there is a network card installed in the SMT. If so go to Configuration - Outlet Groups and select Group1 and check "Stay off after power returns". When the outlet group is powered down when AC is restored the outlet group will remain off until switched on by a user.

This feature is not available with the SMT.
