Servers not starting up automatically after power restore

I have two servers who are connected to two different APC Smart-ups. Problem that I have is that neither server starts automatically after power restore when a power failure has happen.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong that the servers does not start automatically after power restore?

Servers	Connected to UPS
HP Proliant ML370 G5	APC Smart-UPS 2200
HP Proliant ML350p Gen8	APC Smart-UPS 1500

Basic settings both UPS
Time required for shutdown sequence	12 minutes
Low battery signal	8 minutes
OS shutdown duration	10:30 minutes
OS shutdown type	shutdown
Enable OS reboot	Yes
UPS turn on battery capacity	30%
UPS turn on delay	1 minutes

Hi,

You need to set OS to turn on when AC is restored in the BIOS of the computers. We have Kbase FA159550 "Computer will not automatically reboot after UPS has shutdown and restarted" that should help with this issue.
