Hi Everyone,
Randomly i'm seeing this error and email alerts are being generated from two of my APC's.
Environment: Lost the local network management interface-to-integrated Environmental Monitor Input T Sensor (Integrated at Int Sensor Loc) communication.
Any idea what the issue is and how to resolve this?
Here are some environment details:
Model Number: AP9619
APC OS: 3.7.3
Application Module: 3.7.2
Hardware Revision: A10

For me it helped to reset temperature sensors, there was a phantom sensor in the list. After the reset it has disappeared.
Go to Administration->General->Reset->Reset only, check "Lost Environmental Communication Alarms"

oh and i forgot to ask - do you have a temperate probe attached to the management card (it plugs into a PS/2 style type of connector).
thanks!

it is normal to see that after a warmstart. a warmstart is a reboot of the network management card's management interface so after that happens, everything re-initializes and restores communication. a warmstart can occur for [these reasons|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2572].
i only saw this error once at the top of this log? is that right?

for your issue, what I would do is uninstall the network management card from your UPS and when you look at the PCB boards, there are actually two that form the card. there is a large white connector that holds them together. i would reseat this connection and ensure it is secure. once you do this, reinstall the card and see if the messages still persist. i'd also note that you are one firmware revision behind if you wanted to upgrade. i don't think it will fix the issue here or is related to it but i figured i'd mention it.
