SYMIM4 raw status and lights

Can someone from APC support decode this status?  I've got a 40kw Symmetra UPS acting strange: webcard says in forced bypass, powerview is all green lights no alarms.

Intelligence Module (MIM): M State = 50 110 0010 1110 00000 01E 3F 0000

Redundant Module (RIM): M State = 50 110 0010 1110 00000 01E 3F 0000

Also - does anyone have a link to the different states of the lights on the intelligence modules?
