UPS is unable to start, UPS Galaxy MGE 300's Fans start and then suddenly stop and whole UPS down, Checked all Fuses and also done physical inspection which is ok. Also tried after changing DSPM and INSM cards. Please any expert help me to check which Board may be faulty.
