Good afternoon,
I recently took possession of a [used] SY80K80F, with its matching battery enclosure. The static switch needed to be replaced, which I have done. The problem is, the UPS won't recognize it as an 80kW (it sees it as a 40kW) switch, and the display reads numerous errors, none of which are in the book. I've tried reseating the switch, resetting the intelligence modules, reseating the system ID card, replacing the system ID, and nothing seems to work.
Here are some of the errors:
No batteries are connected
Static switch module removed
No working power modules found
UPS is overloaded
Thank you.

This might be a little difficult to work on via the forum in the long term but in the short term - did you switch the system ID card from the old static switch to the new one? I couldn't tell what you meant by "replacing the system ID" - if that meant you obtained a new one or ..? Also, do you have a UPS Network Management Card set up in the system that we could view the logs from? There are also service logs which may be helpful but I think they are only available when a Field Service Engineer looks at the UPS..
