As a result of schneider staff giving us the wrong product code, we have received a 3 phase input 1 phase output UPS instead of 3 in 3 out. Is it possible to convert the existing 3:1 unit to a 3:3 unit. It seems as though we should as all the bus-bars are setup for 3 phase bypass and output and bridged together by a copper bar, but local staff have told us that it is not possible.
Can anyone advise whether they have had this done.

That doesn't really make sense to me nor do I consider it acceptable..do you have any case reference numbers or similar I could try to follow up with someone on in your region?

So would I but they have told us they aren't interested in having the 3:1 unit returned because it is a slow moving item and as a result we have had to order another 3:3 unit. Let me tell you I'm less than impressed with being lumped with a $15K unit that we cannot use, and cannot return. We will certainly be steering future customers away from Schneider products.

Hello - I verified there is no way to convert this. If someone within Schneider Electric gave you the wrong product code, I would think they'd make it right and get you the correct system.
