Anyone experinced System failure detected by surveilance on SUVTF20KB4F Smart UPS?

how long as the UPS been like this? this situation could require a power module reset or possibly replacement. if the batteries have now drained, this could explain why the powerview was on and now it is not. either way, this unit most likely requires service and i'd suggest contacting your local tech support for further assistance. it seems like you're in north america so our 3 phase team can be contacted and let you know what the next step is.

can you elaborate where you see this message? do you have the network management card configured that comes installed in the unit that you could provide logs from for review?

It was on Display, user control interface which is plugged into network management card. It first showed that the unit is on static bypass. Fault detected by surveillance. Now the unit is totally dead. New power module was installed last November and the recommendation from outside contractor is replace the whole unit.
