SUVT 20KVA display light

Hi,

I just want to know how to make the display light turn on for SUVT 20kVA UPS.

Any info will be a great help.

hello again. i dont think the backlight is something you can adjust so if its off, i'd assume a new powerview may be required.

before we assume that though, i'd check under the Display menu from the main menu. any settings pertaining to the front display would be there. i think that there may be something there dealing with contrast and depending on UPS model, perhaps a backlight setting. i am only familiar with single phase UPSs and those do not have a backlight option but maybe yours does and it is certainly worth a check.

can you clarify what "display" light you are talking about? the powerview display backlight on the front of the unit?

Hi,

Yes I am referring to the powerview display backlight in front of the unit where the data/logs can be seen. We can still scroll the data from the display panel in front of the unit but it is hard to look at it without the backlight illuminating.
