Hi,
Can you specify why you see on the LCD of the UPS? Below is the front panel of your UPS. I'd like to understand what LEDs are on and if they are solid/flashing/which color.
I am not sure what you mean by EEPROM problem since this would not be a specific error code as far as I know. You may be referring to needing to do a runtime calibration?

Hi dear angela
thanks for your anwsering and information .
the meaning of eeprom is calibration procedure . for example CALIBRATION CODE FOR SURT1000KVA is : 0A BB 19 B3 .
now i can calibrate my surt model( flat controller boards) with PC by hyper terminal and these code but i can't do this action with surtD models (RJ controller boards) .
please learn me how to calibrate my surtD models (RJ controller boards) .
for more information 3 led battery of my LCD are flashing.number 1,2,3 are flashing with green color

But what is the purpose of the calibration you're trying to do? I don't really understand as the only possible thing would be a runtime calibration or resetting the battery constants (which you can't do on SURTD models).
Regardless, if this calibration procedure is something you've gotten from APC tech support before, I'd suggest you contact them again because I don't know what you're referring to if it is not this -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156538

How much of an overload - do you know, maybe by the onboard Network Management Card?
According to the technical specifications of this UPS, here is how the overload works:
So depending on how much the overload is and how long it lasts, the UPS may not go to bypass.
