i connected my UPS into Terminal mode with my pc and try to run firmware update it's request APC Downlead Manager 2.3 via initiate XModem transfer. but i haven't APC Downlead Manager 2.3. what can i do how to find it

you must have UPS management card. Download the firmware upgrade into APC by Schneider Site, new firmware is always available to download. Just connect to UPS management card and upload the firmware

I’ve already connected it using an RJ50 to USB serial cable. I just need the software now, as this is an older firmware.

What are you trying to update the NMC or UPS firmware?!? If the NMC call out what specific model.

If you’re trying to update the UPS Firmware there isn’t any user firmware available for SURTD.

This can only be done at the factory or if you have the equipment to clone the firmware from the MCU of an existing system to transfer to a new chip.
