Hi All,
now i face problem with SURTD3000XLI ,when battery weak or dead after replace them UPS give blinking in battery led graph after search found this problem may solve by test load 30% and battery full charge then disconnect mains leave load on battery till UPS turn off @charge level 0% and return mains to charge this test with persantge 5% ok and 95% need to change control board why this problem with new UPS and old
so we face big problem with customer after one month from installation we found this problem i think other solution with this problem but i dont know it please need support from certified APC center

I would suggest that you contact your local support region for this detailed concern. How to do that is here -> http://www.apc.com/support/contact/index.cfm
If it is under warranty, then it is entitled to repair or replacement which would be handled by your local region where this UPS is located.
