SURTD Calibration Procedure

I am using SURTD5000XLI UPS. Problem is that battery bar graph lights blinking (Fleshing) as blinking in simple SURT series and after calibration blinking stop. Is there any specific calibration method in D model series. Also see attachment.

hello - do you have a network management card installed in this UPS? i believe it ships with one actually.

i am curious to see the event log in addition to the reported runtime and "low battery duration" setting please.
