I have a UPS SURT5000XLI, which stopped with LEDs flashing like this:
Fault LED + 4th Battery LED from top to bottom
Does anyboby know the meaning of this error code?
I really appreciate your help
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, do you have a load attached to it? If so, is it the same behavior with no load attached?
The third LED indicates a PFC failure.

Hello,
PFC refers to power factor correction. This is a fault within the Power Factor Correction subsystem of the UPS and it must be in the "input" side since it only occurs when your UPS is running off of utility power.
Beyond that, I am not quite sure of the technical details on what components to look at since we don't service these at that level in NAM but it is likely it could need some repair or be replaced depending on your region or warranty status.

appears to indicate a backfeed relay weld..so, if the UPS is in warranty you'd likely want to contact technical support for assistance. If not, it likely needs to be repaired or replaced unfortunately.
Did anything happen leading up to the UPS failure? Power event, etc?
Another thing we could look at if you want is if you have a UPS Network Management Card installed - the data.txt and event.txt files. Instructions on downloading them are here -> How can I download Event, Data, Configuration, and Debug files from my Network Management Card? | FA...

Hi Angela, thanks for your reply.
The UPS isn´t in warranty and it doesn´t have a management card, but is quite rear what happening now. In cold start the UPS seems to work fine, with 231V in its output and feeding the load without any problem. But when utility power returns, the UPS switch to normal operation for a few seconds and then an error occurs, UPS go to bypass (this LED is on) and fault LED and 3rd battery LED are on, too.

Thanks again...
