SURT3000XLI 5th and 4th (From the top) leds only On

Dear Sir,

I have SURT3000XLI UPS they are  problem, when I coldstart,  quickly de-operates, after this the X fault led lights on and only 5th and 4th battery LEDs stay on (From the top), look at this please:

Can the problem be the Capacitor ? Relay? Can you help with a pic?

This is a logic power supply failure and since these are not technically user serviceable, I can't say much more since I don't know.

What age is the UPS / batteries?
