Problem with AP9619 MAC

Hello,

 After resetting AP9619 to default via COM connection, the card shows 00 00 00 00 00 00 MAC. It works with manual IP.

 Is there a way to assign mac?

Unfortunately, assigning a MAC is only possible during original factory programming. If the MAC is somehow lost, which can be indicative of other problems on the AP9619 NMC like with the flash memory storage, you'd have to replace the card.

Does the model number show up or is it blank, does the mfg date show up or is it blank also?

I had this problem on a AP9630 card like you, and there is no fix.

 nothing - no Model Number, no Serial Number. Manufacture Date also blank.
