Hi:
I have a Smart UPS RT 1000 (SURT1000XLI).
I put the power cord and when I try to start, the UPS blink the Bypass Led and the first battery led (counting from bottom), make a beep; and doesn´t start (it shutdown).
I try to start without power cord (battery support) and shows the same blink leds.
I remove the batteries, change the power cord, check the electric power, and everything is fine.
Regards.
