Dear Team,
we are facing problem SURT 10KVA UPS when we cold start the UPS it is working fine we connect input power UPS is online and working normally and then when we turn off the UPS and again connect input power without cold start now UPS is showing fault internal fault LED and battery LED top to 01001 we off the UPS on front penal UPS showing again different fault battery LED 00101 please see below attachment please provide us of this problem remedy your response will be highly appreciated

That's a bypass relay fault. Is the load still running off the UPS? When did this fault come up? How often has the UPS been going to bypass (if at all) and what is the input/output voltage (both measured and the setting on the unit)?
This fault usually will not clear but if you can try toggling bypass on the unit when there is no load, and also "braindeading" the UPS, this could help fix the issue. To braindead the unit, cut the input power to the unit, make sure the unit is off, and hold the "OFF" (circle) button until you hear a faint click.

thanks for supports we are try to rapier it we change relays RY1401and RY1402 and relay drive but UPS still showing Fault we are replace controller card with new one now UPS is showing still error please let me know how to remove this fault or which component need to be replacement as well all the circuit track are looking OK

Yes it become completely off with the OFF button pressing.
