We've got an 10000 that is still in good shape, with fairly recent batteries. However, in the last 2 years, we've reduced our load from about 5k to 1.2k. I tried to do a runtime calibration (it ran forever) but just tuned off at the end. I'm assuming because of the very low load, calibration just didn't work properly. Is there anyway to make this work, or am I going to have to get a new head unit? I'd hate too since it's working perfect.

I think you need a 30% load so stick some footlights on or something with a constant output.
