The answer appears to be a minimum input of 160V for the UPS to operate at a full load. I also double checked some technical specifications which said:

Can you clarify the model? SURT8000XLT or SURT8000XLI?
Usually there is no minimum current but rather a minimum input voltage to operate. Depending on the model, we can find that out for you.
