I have an SUOL1000XLI with 1 additional battery pack cabinet. I have just replaced all three battery pack modules in it. The old ones were very run down but the UPS had been running fine for many years until recently when the charge lights had started flashing in unison.
However with the replacement batteries installed the ups charge level and run time seems not to have recalibrated properly. It indicates an expected run time of just a few minutes whereas an actual power outage test ran for nearly three hours before shut down. Running an online calibration from Power Chute made no difference either. It appears to be misjudging the degree of battery discharge, going very quickly from full charge to 2% capacity - but it will then run for a long time at that supposedly low charge level.
Advice welcome.

My problem has been resolved. I believe it was due to the load fluctuating by more than 5% during the offline manual discharge calibration. I used a 500W lamp instead of my machines and it recalibrated properly.
