Hello my friends!
I have one issue with SUM1500RMXLI2U (installed in 2013) and I need help to recognize where is the problem.
After replacing battery kit and starting self-test everything was fine - selft-test passed, alarm about broken battery cleared but..
After that battery started to discharge, on the end Output power is disconnected due to rebooting device.
After charging UPS starts and everything works as usual.
So now every time after self-test battery going down and UPS rebooting, I tried to replace battery with new modules but the same.
Also I tried to make calibration, doesn't help.
To UPS not connected any serial or USB cables and PowerChute not configured. Event and Data logs attached.
Do you have any idea what it can be?
Will be appreciate for ideas!

Hi Yuriy -
Do you have a serial cable connected to the UPS? The logs are not very clear as to what might be causing the UPS to switch to battery.

Hi
It's not possible to connect cable to it.
I am supporting that UPS remotely and probably can connect physically on one Month.
What should I look for there?

Ok, so does that mean there is definitely no serial cable physically connected to the UPS? A defective or unconfigured serial cable could possibly cause this behavior. Beyond that, it might be best if you contacted support while you were physically with the UPS and able to troubleshoot.
