SUA750XLI (230V model), report 120V input
Hi there
We have a UPS, model SUA750XLI, Serial: AS0313311269
The UPS detects 120V (we see it using power chute software...and also using Hyper Terminal serial connection) and works all time in battery. The model of UPS is for 230V (input and output).
The output voltage (when ups works on battery) is 230V.
Is it possible to change the value of input voltage to 230V...maybe using firmware upgrade? If so, how to upgrade the firmware for UPS?
