Hi,
We have ordered a SUA5000RMI5U - it was supplied with a few C13 IEC power cords for connecting equipment to the UPS, but the larger power cord that actually supplies the UPS itself with power was missing.
Should we contact APC Tech Support directly about this, or the supplier that we purchased the UPS from?
Thank you
Tim

My mistake, yes it seems you're correct this unit is hardwired - and the terminals are behind the metal cover?
Strangely though the user manual does seem to mention a power cord (this is the 230V model)
apologies for the waste of time

APC in my experience never includes load device power cords (eg C13 to C14 or C19 to C20) for any of their smart-ups product; so rather this sounds like a case of you buying the UPS second hand or refurbished old stock and it came bundled with "extras"? ...if so you would go back to the supplier not APC.

I was hunting around the web page for this -> http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SUA5000RMI5U&tab=documentation
It seems like this unit is hardwire...? But I did see a power cord mentioned in the user's guide for 230V models..
