Hi,
Our SUA5000RMI5U UPS is running at 60Hz/240vAC and we need to run it at 50Hz instead.
Line AC is 50Hz, how do we lock it to 50Hz. This is Important for the several synchronous motor loads on the circuit so must be guaranteed to run at 50Hz only.
Thanks in advance.

OK, so this is definitely an international unit, right? SURT units are the only ones that do frequency conversion as noted in the knowledge base -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ -> search for FA156586
can you clarify - is your input to the UPS 50Hz and then the UPS appears to be outputting 60Hz? Did it ever work properly? were you initially inputting 60Hz to your UPS?
can you provide the event/data logs from this UPS as noted as in FA156131
