SUA3000RMI2U turns off with 100% battery remaining

Hello,

The problematic UPS is again the one I posted about here: Re: Self-test turns output power off

I changed battery's and today I wanted to simulate power failure. So I unplugged the cord, and the ups turned off itself. Management shows 100% battery remaining, all the indicators on front of ups are green and battery charge lights are all lit. The load on ups is at 34%.

Some info from management logs:

08.08.201323:19:37UPS: The output power is now turned on.
08.08.201323:19:36UPS: The load no longer exceeds 100% of rated capacity.
08.08.201323:19:07UPS: The output power is turned off due to an overload.
08.08.201323:19:05UPS: A low battery condition no longer exists.
08.08.201323:19:05UPS: The load exceeds 100% of rated capacity.
08.08.201323:18:59UPS: The battery power is too low to continue to support the load; the UPS will shut down if input power does not return to normal soon.
08.08.201323:18:58

UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.

What is the problem now?

Thanks in advance,

Karol

Thanks. Can you either grab me also the config.ini file or show me the screenshot for Configuration->Shutdown page? Everything looks OK in the log so I'd like to check the shutdown settings to see if this contributed to some of the messages you received when the UPS went to battery. Have you tried any testing since the last test? My previous concern was that the batteries were not fully charged when testing was performed. There was also a big drop in battery voltage at this time but since then, all looks good.

Are these brand new batteries? How long have they been charging for? Sometimes you can see this message when the batteries overload the inverter in the UPS.

Could you also provide the data log to review and the full event log - so data.txt and event.txt? (Instructions are here -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&id=FA156131)

Lastly, how much runtime is the UPS reporting now?
