We Have in our Site APC Smart-UPS 3000VA USB & Serial RM 2U 230V, Standard Power operation,
How we can make this UPS running for 4 Hours after the AC Power failure

well to begin, you need to provide the total wattage/VA you will be needing and if you still want this new unit to be rack mountable. if you want around the same VA/wattage rating, you could check out SUA3000RMXLI3U if you need 230v and then look into getting external battery packs. SUA3000XLI might also be an option.

since this is a not an extended run model, you will not be able to add extra external batteries to the UPS. if you choose to modify the UPS or use a third party battery, this will void any remaining warranty and be totally unsupported by APC.
