We have a SUA3000 with all leds flashing simultaniusly, drop loads and batteries are ok.

Hi,
If the UPS's Leds all lights up or flashing, that means the UPS circuitry board has components faulty and the circuitry board needs to be changed / replaced. If the unit is still under APC 2-year warranty, please contact your nearest APC office for a replacement. As you confirmed earlier, the batteries are still in good condition.
