I have an SUA24XLBP out in the field that needs new batteries. would anyone know what batteries are used in this chassis? I'd think it'd be horribly wasteful to keep buying whole units and trashing the chassis.

the SUA24XLBP takes a replacement battery part number [RBC11|http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=RBC11]. it was listed under options, replacement batteries on the SUA24XLBP page. i am not sure why its not right out on the main page with the rest of the specs..
you're right, it'd be a waste to throw out the actual chassis.
