Hi, I just replaced a set of very old batteries (the internal, and external batteries) on a SUA2200RMXL3U, run a self test after charging and all alarms cleared.
After 48 hrs I tried to run a calibration, but it stops after a minute saying that: "The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately."
I have been trying this for several days, but I always get the same result, is there any kind of "reset battery capacity" or something that I can change to solve the problem?
Note, the new batteries are APC.
Thanks

i forgot to ask you what your low battery duration is set to in the network management card. That'd be under UPS->Configuration->shutdown I believe.
did you notice if the runtime changed after you tried to start the calibration? if anything, we could try a manual calibration which generally we recommend 30% non fluctuating, non critical load and let the UPS turn off until it dies from battery exhaustion then let it charge up and observe what you have for runtime. seems like you should be getting closer to an hour or 70 minutes.
