My SUA1500RM2U appeared to have failed this morning. Upon failure I unplugged from the wall, yet a ticking sound every second or so still emits from the unit (been going on about 4 hours now).
Have checked the breaker on the back of the unit which was never popped, and tried rebooting the unit by holding down 'off' for 6 to 8 seconds, to no avail.
Any other tips or suggestions on how to either A) Stop the annoying ticking, or B) get this unit up and running?
I need to be able to stop the ticking because I highly doubt that I can trade this unit in while ticking. I think Fedex would be concerned, for obvious reasons ๐
Thanks
