I want to connect my PC to UPS SAU1000i and check the programming for correct functioning of the UPS. i would like to know the programming details of SUA1000i, can any one indicate the details pl.

this is proprietary information unfortunately as far as communicating directly with the UPS. we'd have to recommend you use something like PowerChute or apcupsd in order to communicate with the UPS.
