SUA1000XL and AP9631 showing run time less than predicted after battery replacement
I replaced the batteries in a SUA1000XL and the SUA24XLBP and moved the UPS to a new location. The AP9631 shows Load Power of 72.8% watts, 66.3% VA, load current of 5.4 amps and Runtime remaining of 38 minutes (with one external battery configured.) I set the Last Battery replacement to January 2016.
I calculated the watts as .728*800=582.4.
The APC Runtime graph for a SUA1000XL and one battery pack shows 98.4 minutes with a load of 585 watts...yet the NIC is showing only 38 minutes. Is this because the UPS is still using a previous run time calibration? Is there anyway short of performing a Runtime calibration to force the NIC/UPS to show an updated run time?
