SUA1000 RM All Lights flashing together

Dear Support,

I have the above model with a customer and the problem is as follows

When we start the UPS on the battery, The UPS works fine and we are able to connect to powerchute and see the details. However the moment we switch on the mains power, all the lights starts flashing and it continues till we switch the mains and the UPS. At the same time the communication to powerchute also gets disconnected.

Basically the whole UPS stops functioning when the mains power is connected.

The batteries have been replaced last year and is in good condition.

Kindly let me know what could be wrong and how it can be rectified.

Hi Vivian - 

This would indicate a hardware failure of the UPS. If you cannot reset it by turning the UPS off/on the UPS will need to be replaced.

Guess Ill just replace the UPS.
