Am trying to install the latest Ver of the Power Shu business software, Have installe agent, but when I try

to install the agent I cannot setup SMTP mail server, it will accept the address I am using stays greyed

out. Address is smtp.gmail.com, any suggestions. The network shows up in the router as an atached device.

can you provide a screenshot? also, if you are on a home network , please be advised that gmail may not work properly. anyway, a screenshot would be helpful to clarify what you are looking at.
