I have problem with SmartUPS SU5000I. I be afraid, that IC12 is got statical electricity over control panel and it is broken. If UPS is turned ON, all LED-s burns on control panel, UPS doesn't take it's Internal Self Test and can only switched OFF and ON then Input voltage is missing. If UPS turned off and powering it´s Input 230V, it's turning ON itself, but doesn't take Internal Self Test.
Output voltage always missing.
IC12 is labeled like "PD732-0001B REV 14 SMART-UPS 3G". Is it possible to replace this IC and if so where to get it?
What do You think and sugest me to to. In our country there aren't any reapair shops for repairing nonwarranty APC UPS-es.

Welcome to APC Forum Willu.
Have you tried contacting the APC Customer Care Center for your region? Here in the U.S. we do not allow our customers to open our UPS since there are no user replaceable parts inside it but we do have an authorize repair center.
