SU3000RMXL3U and win 7
Dear Sirs,
I have recently came into possession of an SU3000RMXL UPS. I would like to use this unit but I am in need of the correct manuals. I would like all the technical info that I can get beyond the "User Manual". Also is there software compatible with Windows 7? This is an intriguing find for me; as a hobby I like to keep old equipment in use. Especially since I could not possibly afford such a great device.
I gleaned from reading the forum that your lawyers are very timid and have directed you not to give out schematics; a poor choice for sure. As you no longer manufacture this unit a list of possible associates where information might be acquired would be helpful. Perhaps a release form one could sign before accessing the information would be in order. These old units are still good and there are a lot of techs that could keep them going for those of us that dream of having a newer model. It's also a good advertisement for the durability of your equipment. Ever see anyone afraid of buying a used Honda or Subaru with 175k miles on it?
Well thanks in advance for the information and manuals.
