SU1000RMNet, Windows Server2012 PowerChute 9.1 no Support

Bought New batteries for all UPS ( Old SU1000RMNets) Upgraded to Windows Server 2012, download the most recent version of Powerchute  (9.1 I think) and get the error that it does not support my UPS.... Can I get a version of Powerchute that will run on Windows Server 2012 that will support Serial Interfaces and shut down my Servers gracefully?

OK good - I am curious as to what serial cable you are using, as well is if you chose auto-detect or manually chose the communication settings. maybe there was a hiccup there. I'll look out for your reply.

This should work without issue. Are you using an interface expander (with additional serial ports on it) with this UPS (because you typed servers plural)?

It is possible this was installed in the wrong way or the wrong UPS was chosen if you manually selected it. Can you tell us from launching the program, all of the items you clicked when installing it up until you received this error? Screenshots are welcomed as well.
