SRVPM3KRIL-E self-test aborted
Hi everyone, i had encounter an issue my UPS model SRVPM3KRIL-E self-test aborted when i run test via NMC portal. I also check the event log and it not show any reason due to self test aborted. While i run via display button, it show passed but the self test result not recorded at event log. Any suggestion or solution to encountering this issue?

You will need to provide the serial number of the UPS. Along with the production date of the RBC and installation date as seen on the LCD / NMC.
Generally speaking a failed Self Test indicates a end of life (EOL) RBC (Replacement Battery Cartridge).
The average service life is 2-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.
The RBC can sustain 260 full depletion cycles before degradation is seen. You may see in the logs / emails where the system declares a message like *the load cannot be supported* at some point etc.
You can quickly test this out by conducting a Lights Out / Grid Down event by removing AC Mains from the unit.
There are three possible scenarios which are immediate shutdown and drop in load. To shutdown in a very short period say 1-3 minutes.
To observing 50% less operational runtime when compared to a new RBC via the APC Runtime Calculator based on a defined wattage & temperature.
Report back the results of completing a loss of power during a maintenance window. Provide the following logs for review in its entirety: Event, Data, UPS
