I have a customer with the new SRT8KXLT, which just shutdown without reason, the logs are just saying the unit graceful shutdown period ended and then it turned off each group outlets then the main outlet, then the output was turned off, can anyone explain why this happened?

I am sorry that you are having issues with your SRT.

Would you mind attaching the event and data logs on here so I can get a better idea?
