Hi
Just this morning ( PH Time ) ups output power was shutdown, I review the event and data log hoping i can find some answer and i notice that the Switch Outlet group 1 2 3 was commanded to turn off. So all server and network switch connected to that ups was physically shutdown.
Any one can help me to analyze the event and data logs. Attach file
This UPS still under warranty

No USB or serial cable attach to the ups, only lan cable attach to the built-in network port to monitor the UPS. Also no powerchute software was use. This UPS was start up by APC ASP last Sept 2016.
Another unexpected shutdown we can't afford.

Hello Hanz,
Is there any USB or Serial cable attached to the UPS? There were cases that these cables were attached to the UPS and it causes the unit to exhibit the same behavior your UPS did. I would also like to ask if there is any PowerChute Network Shutdown installed on any PC on the network that could have commanded the UPS to turn off.
