Good Day,
i have a SRT6KXLI giving and "connect battery, backup not available" alarm on this UPS, the UPS was unplugged while giving this alarm and the UPS is working fine and when the UPS is plugged back into utility power its gives no alarm for a few minutes then the alarm returned, can anyone give a cause for this issue?
