I have an APC SRT6KXLI with 3 SRT192BP . they are working online with 230v output voltage .
but it has a fault with this message on it's LCD :
int. comn. fault .
internal communication fault
how can i fix it ? i upgrade my ups but didn's solved !! should i upgrade SNMP card ?
( this fault occurred after upgrading the snmp card )
this screen shot belongs before updating the snmp.for more information when the snmp was updating on "restrarting the snmp interface" the updating application stop and errored.

Are you able to get the management card log files from this unit as I instructed on your other post?
What firmware did you upgrade the Network Management Card to?
What firmware does the UPS itself have?
Can you log into the network management card via the web interface at this moment or is there an error message upon trying?
