HELLO
I have an APC SRT6KXLI with 3 SRT192BP . they are working online with 230v output voltage .
but it has a fault with this message on it's LCD :
int. comn. fault .
internal communication fault
how can i fix it ? i upgrade my ups but didn's solved !! should i upgrade SNMP card ?
before this fault i coud access to my snmp card on network but after upgrading the snmp card i couldn't access to my snmp.

Do you mean "Error: Application unable to load?" If so, this means the firmware has an issue. You'll want to reload the Network Management Card firmware.

Then, the file you need is part number SFSUMX621, available from http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm when you select Filter by Software/Firmware and choose Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Card.

Can you share the details of what firmware your UPS is at after you upgraded it? Does this same error occur when you have the battery packs disconnected (just to see)?

i didn't test the ups without battery pack but i share some detials of the ups below . this information is before updating the snmp (for more information after updating snmp i couldn't access the snmp )
